How feedback works

Clear reviews keep projects on time.

Feedback is where projects slow down. These rules keep yours moving.

One point of contact

One person on your side collects and sends the team’s feedback.

[X] review rounds per stage

Each design and build stage includes a fixed number of revision rounds.

One consolidated document

Comments arrive together, in one place, so nothing gets lost between emails and chats.

Approval to move on

Each stage closes with your written approval before the next one starts.

After launch

Launch is the start, not the end.

[30] days of support

Bug fixes and small adjustments after launch, included in every project. [Confirm]

First performance review

We review traffic, conversions and speed after the first weeks and propose improvements.

Care plans

Monthly updates, backups, security and changes, so the site never falls behind.

Process FAQ

Questions about the process.

What if I don’t have the content ready?

We can plan the content structure with you and write or adapt the copy. Content is the most common cause of delays, so we start it from day one.

Can I see the site before it goes live?

Yes. You review it on a private staging link, on desktop and mobile, before launch.

What happens if I need more changes than included?

We let you know before doing them and quote extra rounds or pages separately, so there are no surprises.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, the content and the site are yours, and we hand over every access at launch.
